Cobb Salad

Elise of Simply Recipes is a myth in the cooking blogs world. She has been blogging since way back, in 2003, when the blogging craze was only just starting, and has continued non-stop all these years. I’ve used her blog as a reference for many of my cooking doubts, and the few recipes I have tried have always turned out great and are simply and nicely explained.

This time I picked the Cobb salad recipe. Well, I guess it is called “salad” because it has some green part, but the truth is it doesn’t resemble much the low-caloric dish one would expect hearing the word salad. The best of the ingredients are mixed together: egg, bacon, chicken, avocado, tomato, roquefort cheese and, yes, green salad. Give it a try!

P.S: I swear there is some green salad deep down there…
